We are looking for a positive, friendly person for retail/office store located in downtown Bastrop.  We are looking for someone who is highly organized, self-starter who can manage retail/printing shop.

 

Duties include: Packing orders, entering receipts into QuickBooks (will train), answering phones, keeping the office and warehouse organized, tracking of inventory, Checking in shipments according to Receiving Procedures, Pulling inventory for new orders, and customer service.

 

Qualifications:
* Retail sales experience required
* Proficiency in use of Word, Excel & cash register preferred
* Excellent grammar and math abilities necessary
* Previous experience as an assistant manager preferred
* Excellent Organizational skills
• Strong Attention to detail
• Ability to work without supervision efficiently
* Excellent customer service skills a must
* The ability to work hard AND have fun

* High School Diploma; College preferred

 

Part-time hours 15-30 hours a week. Must be able to work Saturdays 9-2.  Hourly rate will be $8.00-$9.00/hour.
